1:19.4	But first, what is a trust fall? Like I said, it can be very tempting to take the glass half empty approach with the universe.
1:34.3	But as a collective, no matter when you're listening to this meditation coming up, you are part of the collective of the many listeners who are also experiencing it.
1:45.5	And that energy together is a beacon to the universe, which is just energy, attracting energy all the time,
1:54.0	to lift your vibration up with the support of everybody else who has the same intentions as you,
2:00.1	to lift you up so that you're seen and
2:02.7	support in and gifted what is already inherently yours. A trust fall, and I talk about this in my
2:11.2	angel numbers book, it's the number 222, but really it's just being in a place and taking a look around and enjoying
2:23.0	a moment, the moment, this moment, realizing that everything is exactly where it's supposed to be
2:30.0	and seeing all the things that have worked out right, everything that worked out to get you to where you are in this moment, and sitting there and seeing all the times you were supported by the universe and protected by a force greater than us all.
