Good evening Patriots, and tonight is Friday, February 23rd in the year 2024.

It's amazing how fast this month has gone.

Patriots is one big piece of news tonight, which right before us is we did make the deadline and we have made funding round number one successful for the Flemingsburg property and not only did we make it successfully, we nearly doubled our goal. So our goal was 27,500.

To collectively, Bars Nation is brought together very close to $25,000, $27, $23,000 and a little bit on Give Send Go, some

checks in the mail and we had a wire, some wires in or directly to my account and one of those wires was from a patron

and we're very deeply blessed by the name of Wendy who sent in $25,000 and I mentioned that last night but I wanted to make sure we understood this today.

We're moving into the first phase of this contract and it's a two-step contract.

This first phase is for us to continue to raise money for our second goal.

All of those things will be set for the weekend so we can start talking about that.

So we can now move that into the second phase of the contract and then get us

into a common law contract for the final part of this which we have a long time to

pay on so it's not a big deal. But it's great and it's going to be the property for
