Could I just take a moment to thank Cooker.

When I go into podcasting, it was to produce a product that wasn't about making money or winning awards.

I'll get back to that in a minute.

It was about having autonomy and trying to make some content,

which was different to radio and TV.

That's what I think podcast is.

So it's like long form interviews and knowledge,

entertainment, whatever we decide to put on these podcasts. But Cooker just enabled me to

keep going and they pay for a few things. I need to keep going. And I love doing this podcast.

I love learning. Thank you so much for all the emails that I've been sent recently. I did ask

you for them. I did I did ask to see if people are enjoying the podcast and you did send them in. Thank you very

much. You should never look for external validation. I've learned that in my journey through

why I have dark thoughts and I have depression sometimes and you know, you've got to look for

internal validation. But there you go I did

ask and I got it and I wanted to make sure I was still doing what people wanted to hear

because you can get caught up in your own ego I suppose anyway I got an email the other day from

somebody said they'd never written to anyone before and it meant so much I mean they did they did say the podcast was shit, but they said they never read to anyone before. They didn't

really. They said, they said it was great and it kept them company, which was important to hear.

If you are getting your kitchen done up, I can recommend cooker taps. I mean, I can't reckon
