Oh you maverick. This is a Friday I just my brain is it

a rain is it not. It's a Monday but we pretend it's a Friday hope everyone's

ready for a busy weekend.

England are playing tomorrow but by that we're saying this now there could be an

injury in the week somebody could have got injured training I fell off the bike

again like Anthony Gordon did.

But you should wear a helmet? You should wear a helmet?

Should always wear a helmet on your bike. But it was, I mean, what's he doing,

falling off his bike there at training? I've never been a competent cyclist as a child.

His fancy is also a child as well. But I was always a child that was scared of

job. I wouldn't go up a tree and stuff. I was very cautious and conscious and I remember when I learned to ride my bike myself I didn't like it. And even now to some degree I could jump on a bike quite happily, but I'm a little bit, huh? Something about I don't like it really.

This weekend, just bin, I was showing the kids some old school tricks that I used to be able to do on my bike.

So I can bunny hop.

Can you? I can do a really good wheelie. Nice, I can. Back in the day I was one of those

stupid kids that could proper wheelie for a just, I can almost do it a little bit and I was also showing them no-handed cycling.

I can't do that either I don't understand it.

I can do one hand but take the second off, I don't get where it goes.

The kids were, I thought of a magician.

But then they tried it as well.

No, I didn't fall off, but I'm the DAF one that shows them the DAF things.
