Guy co-host. How are you pal? Chilled. Very relaxed. So it's just a lovely day the sun's out got a bit of sun cream on and

life couldn't be much better and I just feel almost borderline too relaxed.

How do you feel Rick?

Today, if you aren't aware, I am doing open qualifying.

In fact, I'm teeing off in just under three hours time.

I'm kind of, my emotions at the moment are kind of doing a little bit of this. Like when I actually really think about it, I start to,

oh God, my heart starts to pound, I start to get a bit worried. And then when I take my mind off I'm like oh yeah I get back to where you are it's a lovely day in the sun and it's going to be a wonderful day I am nervous I am excited and I'm just I don't know I'm just hoping that I can perform to the level that I know I can perform at

There's a couple things you've done so far today, or maybe they were yesterday actually that have concerned me though

I've cleaned my clubs clubs are cleans a whistle shoes are clean your little bags of nuts and stuff because you've been told by James Robinson

to eat and drink throughout the golf course. It is true that. Yeah I get all like on on paper you've done all the

right things but you are very much the guy that enjoys playing golf with dirty clubs last minute to the tea.

So you're going very down a different route, very much down different route today, is it going to pay off?

Well my other route obviously doesn't work.

So, you know what I came down to Koldi yesterday and played a practice round and it's a golf course that is very scable and I hit it really really well off the tee yesterday.

Did you keep a score or was it like throwing balls down?

I wanted to.
