neighbor horror stories. It was inspired by one of our closest friends. We're going to keep her anonymous.

But when when she got a text message from her neighbors recently and it was me and Lauren

and one of our other friends reading this for the first time with our other anonymous friend here on the podcast.

And she when when reading this text, I said, this is juicier and more dramatic and outrageous and mind-boggling than any bachelor episode I've ever seen before.

So well, I mean, wow, what a tease Ashley. I can't because your life has been pretty dramatic in the best way.

I cannot wait to hear this because you and Lauren already know the story, right? Yes. It's so hard not to say every detail. Oh, yeah, no, no, I was just about to be like, okay, so call her number one.

What up? Can you what can you tell us your your neighbor story from like the beginning neighbor horror story.

Neighbor horror story. So I work when we enter we moved we moved to rent an apartment in the great place of New York City where your neighbor is you share floors and ceilings with.

And by the way, we all know how fabulous her apartment is. This is not the kind of apartment that you just sacrifice because you have bad neighbors.

It's not like an oh, I'll move from there. Plus she has a great coven deal on it. Yeah, coven deals critical. So, um, except we're losing the coven deal. So it might be we'll have to we'll chat about that later time.

But so basically when we went you have to it's a small building. So there's only three units.

Um, and we had to interview. So when we interviewed XYZ, you know, they asked you where you from the other people who lived in the building were on it, which is not really typical because the people who live below us rent.

From the same guy. Anyways, so I said, you know, I work in music. My partner works in he's an engineer and you know, out the gates.

There was the our daughter is a musician conversation. So we knew from the get go to be cautious cautious with our behavior.

However, you guys know me. I tend to throw caution to the wind. Um, anyways, so we moved in day one we moved in.

I mean, how much of the juicy juicy do you want?

Um, just say how the relationship got a little too intimate and how it got there.

Okay, well, so the first day we moved in we moved in on New Year's Eve. Um, because we just decided it's stupid holiday anyways, but it is our dog for this.

So we thought it'd be nice to have him in his house.

So we came in and we walked into our apartment and it literally looked like squatters. I've been living here.

There was like two blow mattresses on the ground. There was like closing racks everywhere. Candy like very, very strange strange things.
