Summary

In the late 1990s young African-American males started showing up dead in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. There is a lot of information that ties these individuals together to point towards the fact that an unknown serial killer was operating and targeting these individuals. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the details of the case. There have been a number of these cluster type killings down in Louisiana over the years pointing to the fact that there may have been many different serial killers in operation over the years.
