We got it accepted three weeks later.

Then we did our due diligence, trust but verify.

And then we closed shortly thereafter.

It was 30 day closed.

So I would say with everything within the eight weeks,

we had the tenant in there.

where his children actually bought properties using my processes that were quite

young and that sounds kind of unbelievable using my processes that were quite young.

And I've always said if you make things simple and I think my my

strength or my genius if you will is to take complicated things and just dumb them down

make them real simple into ABCs one two threes, donkeys, Penguins, Golden Retrievers.

As you get to know me, you see I use a lot of imagery and a lot of animals

in my analogies for a reason because if a child can do it we can definitely do it because at the

end of the day we're just big kids with hair in awkward places so Frank will go over how not only he bought a couple properties. I don't want to necessarily talk about that. I'd like to focus more on his kids because I know he took down a few after being, I guess, at a roadblock for a little while and sort of it hit
