We believe in empowering parents through storytelling and education. I've been recording

a lot of fun episodes that I'm really excited to bring to you. The episode that I'm sharing

today is all about weaning. We have on Jessica Elder and she is actually a child development

specialist, but she came out with a free gentle weaning guide because she realized throughout

her journey that there wasn't tons of resources on weaning. After her experience and experiences

and going through it, she just realized the need for something like this. She has a free

gentle weaning guide and wrote a book that you can start reading to your kids about weaning

when that time comes. I just love her story and her sharing. We had such a great time

on the podcast because we recorded when Tula was a couple weeks old. Trying to find that

balance between nursing both girls was really hard. It's still hard. Still working

on that and figuring it out. I don't know how long I'll nurse Jovi. There's not a set

date I just know. I'm not quite ready. She's not quite ready. Thinking about it does make

me feel really emotional. Especially if I'm ready before she's ready. I don't know. It's

really hard figuring it all out. That's why we talk about it today. I hope everyone
