And we are here at a haunted schoolhouse. And we got to cut right to the chase because

it is intense. Hey, Scotty. Hey guys. Okay. I write off the bat. I wanted this

to be an easy year for me, you know, because year one our first Halloween special Joseph

from the Riddle House. He choked me. He was choked me. I can't even go in that building

anymore, right? Right. Year two. We went to Casadega, checked out some haunted cemeteries.

It was for Texas. For Texas. I was freaked out of my mind. I know. I'm scared. Very scared.

Third year we went with Tim. The long hair goes under. And we went to New River in the

ladies of the spirit, ladies of the home. We have it on tape. They told you to get out.

They told me to get out. Well, Tim said who don't who's making you unhappy? Who do you

want to leave or something? I have it on a reel. And they said, Scott, they said that

exactly. He said Scott. So, and then, you know, last year we went to St. Augustine. We

took the crew, right? 60 listeners. But a lot of spooky things happen on that too. It

was intense. It was a dark kind of history. Yeah. So when I was planning this episode,

and I love to plan these episodes, I felt, all right, I'm going to try to find a friendly

ghost. Something calm, something where, you know, nothing bad is going to happen. And

I found this place in Delray. It's the oldest home in Delray. 1896. It was built. Right.

And apparently there's a, you know, when I was talking to Ali, the owner of the building,

she said, there's this friendly coach, coach Clark, that, you know, haunts the place

or whatever. He's a spur of the place. Yeah. But he's friendly. He's nice. It's going

to be great. Yeah. So I get in the house, you know, everything's going well. And I walk

into one room. Yeah. And I couldn't breathe. I was starting to choke. Yes. And we've brought
