We are talking about connecting with others when hard times hit. How do we do that? We're

going to talk about how your aura is affected during hard times. And we're going to have

a special guest come on K YA listener, mom, wife, and a co-founder of Hope Toats, Amy Vales,

is going to come on to share her story about when something really difficult happened in her

life. And she went through a dark time with her family and how she came out of it to create a

light working endeavor. I'm going to let her tell her story and she's my cousin. But first,

Buffalo, hometown. Yes. And she is in our green room right now. We haven't had a guest in a while.

So the green room needed a little sprucing up. And she's she's doing that right now.

She's got Buffalo bills, colors up. So it's right in blue in there. She's my aura. I see there's

chicken wings. There is blue cheese, salons hot dogs. Very specific foods in Buffalo beef.

It can't be just hot dogs. It has to be salons hot dogs. She's got some syvetteis chicken.

It can't be just can't be regular fried chicken or anything. It's kind of syvetteis chicken if

you live in Buffalo. She has some beer, but it's labat. It has to be labat in Buffalo. It cannot be

just anything else. Anything else, right? It has to be labat. There's one other acceptable beer

up there. I think it's mulsing. I was always labat, labat blue, blue light was what I always got

back in the day. Okay. You just go up to the bar, blue light. Yeah. And then there's

oh, there's no ranch in there. No, that's gross. Blue cheese only. Yeah. And it's marise, right?

Is it marise? Marise blue cheese. Yeah. And be fun whack. Yeah, it'll be fun whack in there

from shwobbles. So yeah, it's a Buffalo thing. Oh, it's a Charlie Boucher. Yeah,
