y'all joining us. CJ as always joined by my beautiful, wonderful co-host, Dr. Brother,

Pastor, CEO, and entrepreneur.

That's a lot of fun to see.

You got a lot done this year, man. It's a lot to go on, man. So anyway, we're back for another

edition, man. I just want to get right into, man, how was your Christmas? How did it go out there

in sunny San Diego? You know, man, this is something that we do every year. And so I think the

biggest gift is just being with my family, man. I worked hard throughout the course of the year.

My wife would say, and I'm sure my daughter and son would probably agree. But as a company,

man, we give ourselves a way quite a bit. And so just to be able to just be with my family

is unbelievable. And I don't do Christmas in the way people traditionally do it.

See, as an individual and as a group, we try to give all year long. We try to make sure that,

we're gift giving throughout the year because people need, and they don't just need December 25th.

So we give a lot, man. And so my wife, my son, my daughter, we like to come aside as a family

and just be able to chill. So that was the greatest gift just being able to chill with them.

Of course, my son wasn't with us. You know, most of you know, he's a junior at Michigan State and

is a general manager on the team. So the team had a schedule doing Christmas and New Year. So

he wasn't able to travel with us. But, man, just had a lot of fun catching up with some of my

West Coast friends and family. So yeah, man, had a lot, a lot of fun resting, relaxing, laughing,

going out to eat. And I must be honest, you know, it was a lot of cheating. It wasn't a cheat day.

It was a cheat week. But, you know, for real, man, there's a time and season for all. And I can work out

and eat a certain way throughout the course of the year. My thing is, if you haven't been eating right
