Hey everyone, welcome back to the Marquea's Mama's podcast. I'm your host Elizabeth Joy

0:10.3

and we believe in empowering people through storytelling education. If you did not listen

0:14.7

to last week's episode, make sure you go back and listen to it. It was so informative.

I had Chris a big lure on and we dove into the topic of exema and it was so fascinating

0:27.2

because she talked about that there's different kinds and just kind of dove really deep

0:35.4

into treatments and signs and symptoms and all sorts of different stuff. And I learned

0:42.6

so much from her. And one thing that she said that really stuck out to me that I feel

that they have to just cut something out forever. But that's actually a sign that the

1:27.7

gut's trying to tell you and if you could balance the gut and get it back to a place you

1:32.8

should be able to handle the different foods. So it was a super interesting conversation.

1:37.7

And she talked about histamines. Oh, but are not really bad like she brought it up and

1:43.1

that's something that I would love to learn more about because I'm pretty sure that I

1:46.2

have histamine issues. I think that's why my my cheeks get flushed and rosacea. It's

1:52.7

kind of related to that. So yeah, I'd like to dive into that one of these days. But make

1:59.4

sure you go back and listen. There was so much information in there and you can check

2:02.2

out her Instagram, her podcast. She has so much information. This week I'm really excited
