Hey, pilot, welcome to another solo show of Ready for Pushback. I'm Nick Fialca. I'm stoked. You're

here with me today. I just got back from RTAG.

Our tag is the last convention of the year.

It stands for Rotary to Air Group.

And if you don't know about RTAG, let me tell you about it because I want to talk about my experiences.

Artag is probably the biggest convention or pretty darn close to it. It's the only one that's free.

And it's free if you are a veteran. If you are not a veteran, there's a small fee to pay.

But it's very much set up like a lot of the other conventions where there are companies that get booths.

They sponsor the convention. The cool part about our tag that makes

them different is every dollar that comes into the organization actually just goes to

scholarships. And that helps so, so many people out. They do unbelievable amounts of scholarships. They're trying to cross that

million dollar mark for 2025. And that's very exciting. But listen, we were in Fort Worth, Texas.

We were at the Fort Worth Coliseum. It was like the Thunderdome. Man, it's just massive

Coliseum. And there was American and United and FlexJet.

And those were like the really big sponsors, like their diamond sponsors.
