I cannot believe I've been doing this for 190-2 episodes.

That is wild.

But welcome.

I'm so thrilled to have you here and really, really excited to share with you this conversation

today this interview.

It is with a dear friend of mine who I'm so excited to introduce to you all on the

podcast.

And I've actually introduced some of y'all to her through Patreon.

So when it back when I did that last year, Mia had came on there and I'll share a little

bit about Mia before we get into the interview and I also just wanted to give a mini update

that I am recording right now, this introduction to Mia's episode in my new office in my house.

And just thinking about how long I've been doing this for, for almost three years in December

will be three years that I've been doing the podcast so much in my life has changed,

like location-wise, relationship-wise, like with my family, with my career, with my relationship

with myself.

So much has happened in the span of doing this podcast and I know I haven't always made

these episodes personal and sharing what it is that I am going through necessarily, but

man, geez, geez Louise.
