0:52.1	the other day in Atlanta. We were flying, I think we're coming from
0:59.3	like Norfolk or something. And it was a beautiful day. It was absolutely sky clear, a
1:06.6	cajillion billion miles of visibility. It was awesome.
1:11.6	And I was flying.
1:13.8	My first officer was a pilot monitoring.
1:17.0	And we were first coming into Atlanta in that little time slot that we were in.
1:24.0	So they told us to keep our speed up.
1:26.5	And they brought us in to land to the west and as they did
1:34.5	they started descending us down through 10,000 feet. We did our approach checklist and then they cleared
1:41.9	us for the approach pretty far out.
1:45.0	And as we were turning kind of a base and they gave us a little dog leg to intercept the final for the visual,
1:54.0	I was high and I was fast.
1:59.0	And if you know anything about the 757, it's a slippery little airplane and it doesn't like to slow down.
2:05.0	And so I kind of stomped on the brakes. I had to really quickly roll in a lower altitude.
