0:39.3	You're all right? Yeah, I'm good. Good. I'm really happy to be here. Feels like ages. It does feel like a long while. It isn't, but it feels like ages. But yeah, lovely to be here and talking to everyone again. I just feel like it's nice when we settle into this room. Sort of grounds me a little bit these days. Just got nice aura about it as well, has nice.

0:42.9	I did it a bit earlier than I wanted to because I like to bring them down on the fifth

0:53.2	the polar opposite I didn't want to bring them down on the first. Yeah. When I, because we had quite a quiet New Year's Eve, which is very unusual for us. But I thought, no, it's too early. And now I wish I had because I'm going to, well, tomorrow I'm going to have to dedicate to taking the decorations down.

1:27.5	Mark's back to work, back to school, as we say, Monday, as much as he's been working bits and pieces. But I just said, I'm not, babe, I've got to get them down. You're back to work, and then I've got to do it all on my own. Yeah. And you're not, but fortunately you don't have to go in lofts and stuff like that, do you?
