Whether or not you've had a c-section, this episode is so important for women to hear. You will learn so much about your postpartum body!

What is GrowCo?

GrowCo was founded in 2018 by chiropractor, Dr. Alli Cain when she was 32 weeks pregnant with her first baby. Dr. Cain felt compelled to create a rehab program that supported women through the physical, mental and emotional challenges of motherhood. GrowCo ambassadors are implementing this approach in their healthcare practices all across Canada.
