Hey all, we're going to have a great chat today with a couple of our pioneers.

So we have Mark Feldstead from We Love Our Heart.

And we have Jacqueline and Mark, who are pioneers on the Pioneer program.

We've been running now for nearly two years.

So I think six, six programs in total.

And they're going to share some of them experiences, some of their insights,

and some of the things

they learned and what they enjoyed during those programs. So great to see you, Mark, Jacqueline,

and Mark, two marks. Great. Great. Thank you, Ava. Thank you. Thank you, Iva. Let's just briefly

introduce Jackie. Jackie, you came to us, wow, Pioneer 2.0, I think, back at the beginning

of last year, which turned out to be a great group. And I just, you know, you contributed so much to

us. You brought some really great, great guys with us, Dr. Tom Cohen. We mentioned already just now

on Dr. Thomas Levy. We have to, Jackie, to thank for that as well, who brought that in. But just

tell us a little bit about your own experience and story and what you've learned from there.

Oh, it's my honor. This really, what you put together, Mark and Iver has totally changed my life

because I guess three years ago now I started having a

little bit of shortness of breath and knowing that every single man and woman in my ancestral

tree dies of some sort of heart disease and a lot of them prematurely, when I started feeling that

shortness of breath, I got pretty scared, actually. And then I'd been following Ivor. I got a

coronary artery calcium scan and I don't mind sharing publicly. It was in the three or four hundreds
