Today, we are talking about the thought control tactics that narcissists can use on unaware

empaths. And we're going to link it back to why it works because of our unique empath

aura energy. But first, Hey, Scotty.

Hey, guys. So I wanted to, you know, I feel like it's important to touch in, you know,

you, these things like, you know, with the narcissist in life, one's your use to the pattern

of the narcissist, people coming into your life, you have to review every once in a while.

Keep yourself on your toes. I agree with that. And I feel that I'm pretty good when it comes

to narcissists. I mean, I don't think I'm a narcissist. I possibly could be a narcissist.

I don't think I'm a narcissist. But and I don't really deal with narcissists. They don't

like you. They don't like me. I mean, it really, there's only one narcissist I deal with

on the daily. And that is Rocky the cat. Oh, our cat. He is a narcissist that I cannot

shape. He's so cute though. He manipulates my mind. He plays mind games with me. He messes

with me. He me. He belittles me. He does. Yes. He does. He marks me. He absolutely

does. You know, I'm, you know, I'll be just sitting. I think I've even said this before.

I'll be sitting in the chair, just ready to, you know, eat a bowl of cereal. And then he'll

want to go, you know, in the garage. And then two seconds later, he'll be scratching on the

garage door to come back in the house, you know, he does do it on purpose. I've had a lot of cats.

And he's probably the, he really does like to screw with you. Yes. He messes with me.

I've had so many cats in my life. Like this one particular like likes to screw with.

Yeah. He is. And I feel that, you know, sometimes I'll just see him lying on the bed. And he'll

just give me this look like I'm better than you. Yeah. Nothing. You're picking it up. Yeah.
