talk some about tonight, is how these cities are rejuvenating themselves. And I'm not going to tell you it's a good way either. It's kind of like putting frosting, an expensive frosting on a bad cake. But we'll get to that in a minute. But with that in mind, keep very much in your mind that our economy right now is very unstable.

And your investments need to be put into solid assets.
