This is your host Taylor and I hope that you all are taking care of yourselves in the

last few weeks.

There's just been a lot of things going on so I hope you're doing everything you can to

nourish yourself, nourish your mind, nourish your body, nourish your soul, all of the

nourishing.

Today's episode is going to be different. We have a new guest joining on the show who

actually surprised his neighbor came on the show. This guest is very, very dear to my

heart. We're going to be talking about sex, but sex terrain pregnancy and sex post pregnancy

for post birth. Today's guest is my very, very dear friend since I was five years old.

Four or five, I think five, six somewhere around there.

Basically my six. Yeah, five or six. When I first moved to two, Seattle from New Jersey,

so we have my best friend Casey joining us. Welcome to the show.

a little bit and just how we met and your face.

Like where do I even start? I was six. I think you had to have been four then because of

our age difference. I would have been in first grade. I was born in

93. Yeah. Because we didn't start in in Bridgeton, New Jersey.
