Jace Everette also writes hits for the stars and recently had his first #1 hit song.

To be able to write hit songs. There's so many weird things to get in the way. You got to be able to write the hit song. And then you got to be able to get it to an act that can do it and become a hit song.

I mean, it can happen, man. People write in songs. They don't have the right connections. They don't have management and agent. The songs just sit at their house on cassette tapes.
