We're going to talk about spiritual hygiene. And I'm going to talk about all the ways you can maintain it in one of my favorite ways.

And I'm going to end with a little meditation today. But first, hey, Scotty. Hey guys. Scott is your aura musty.

I'm not sure. I mean, I've been I've been called musty by the kids a couple times. It's our teenager. My teenager loves that word.

Yes. I don't know if my aura is musty. I'm going to say, no, I don't think it is. I'm not sure what that even means.

Let me tell you what spiritual hygiene is. Okay. Spiritual hygiene refers to the practice of paying attention and maintaining your energetic self. And also in all areas of your life, kicking out energy that doesn't belong to you and also calling back energy that might be stuck in other places and should come back to you.

Okay. All right. So based on that definition. And I think most of the listeners are not going to believe this. I'm going to rate myself like a real high nine.

I agree with that. You're you're real good at not feeling guilty about cutting out people places and situations that might like contaminate you energetically.

Yeah. And I probably, you know, I would never have never used the term spiritual hygiene. I've never even thought of it in a spiritual manner. But the way I am, like I cut that stuff out quick.

I'm like, logically, I just cut it out. What is it? And this is what we're going to talk about today. So I like to talk about things.

Everything we talk about on here, I feel like we can talk about it in the woo woo sense. But we like to make the paranormal normal.

Right. And so I like to also talk about it. How do we all, how does this come up in regular conversation? So when you cut as person or situation or something out, what are the feelings that you get first associated with like, this isn't for me.

What's those, what are those feelings? What are the feelings behind it? I mean, I guess I know someone's off. Maybe I don't know why they're off or you're question it. Yeah, I don't question it. I just know like, all right, we got to move on here.

I don't want to take too much time with this. I just want to kind of when something feels like a time waste or you're saying. Yeah, but the time was to. Okay, that's. And I notice that with you. So I can see very practical or logical minded people thinking something that waste their time.

That's the worst for me. Yeah, I don't like to waste. And what that is is that's a statement to the universe. Like my time isn't to be wasted. My time is more valuable than to be wasted by this stuff, which is a great spiritual hygiene practice.

So you're, people are already doing it. I think a lot of us get told that walking away from things that are actually time wasteers is mean or cruel or says something about our own character, but you don't have that problem.

I don't think I've got no, I really don't. I mean, I do, I try to get like if I see so I can. Again, not from his personal. This is just for me, logically, my red or you know, I can sense the BS like before it gets to like high levels of BS.

I mean, like I could kind of sniff it out. And I'm just like, I don't want any part of this. Like I'm not into I'm really not into drama. I don't like drama. I don't get into drama. It doesn't like, you know, I know some people like watch the house. I said, I love drama. Right. Maybe it's just like escape for them to love drama. But for me, no, it's just like I don't want. I just don't want part of it.

As soon as it's over, it's better for me. And that's a big spiritual hygiene practice, not getting wrapped up in. Yeah, I don't see a wrap up. Like sometimes drama is cyclical. And there's if there's something you can do to solve it. What's the point? Right. You know what I mean? Right. If there's something I feel like be solved and I can come up with a solution to it.

I'll go that direction. But if not, then. So you're on you're on the HOA, which is a big big thing in Florida.

Yeah, communities have what homeowners associate. Yeah, homeowner association. You have to be elected and then you volunteer and you've been on it for a while. Yeah, it's almost nine years, I think.

And all it is. Is that bad for your spiritual hygiene? Because it would be bad for mine.
