He's been on the hospital literally since last Thursday, tonight is Thursday.

He's been in there for a week. I don't want to discuss his business.

So we're going to call him. He did want to give people an update.

I called him a little while ago. He's good enough right now to talk.

If he has to hang up in the middle of the call, it's because he's obviously not feeling great.
