For nearly a decade, a serial killer was terrorizing the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area starting in 1994. Actually, at the time the serial killer this episode is about was active, there were at least four other serial killers active in the State of Louisiana. Today’s story is about Sean Vincent Gillis, who made zip ties his favorite means to kill. In addition to killing his victims, Sean enjoyed mutilating, dismembering, cannibalizing, and also practicing necrophilia on them. This one is high on the gruesome scale so buckle up!
