Hey, pilot, welcome back to Ready for Pushback.

My name's Nick Fialca.

This is a solo show. You've found me. I am drinking a cup of coffee right now. I'm drinking my Cafe Bustello out of my favorite Ferrari mug that I got when I went on a trip to Modna many years ago. And I love to drink coffee. The other day, I was saying goodbye to the passengers.

And we've talked about it before. I make a lot of announcements. I talk to people at the gate.

I talk to people in the jet. I say goodbye to every passenger. I think that that part of customer

service is so, so, so important

because that will encourage people to continue to buy an airplane ticket. And that's what I want.

I want people to keep buying tickets so that I can keep the lights on in my house. And so we are coming off the jet. People are coming off the jet.

And I'm saying goodbye. And this guy walks up to me and he sticks out his hand. And he literally,

no lie, hand of God, he hands me a packet of Kool-Aid. And he said, this is for you. And then

he walked off. That's all he said. This guy walks up, hands me a packet of Kool-Aid.

And I mean, it's like, I haven't seen a packet of Kool-Aid since I was 12 years old.
