My mom grew up in a village in China and immigrated to the US 20 years ago.

Then, while raising four kids and having a full-time job,

she got her masters in PhD in biostatistics.

Her name is Lisha and she is a miraculous mom.

We have a super fun episode today with Rachel Riley at V.A.G.S.

and she's just so much fun to talk to. Oh my gosh, I feel like she's somebody that you could just

sit down and chat about anything with and there's like, you know, nothing off of a limit.

She's just so much fun and we have a great conversation. But before we get into it,

I'm going to update you on a little postpartum for me. So, Joby is eight weeks now and I could just

really use some purrs, guys. Man, I'm going to try not to cry. The last week has just been

so freaking hard and I know it's like, man, I get it. I get when people talk about mother

being really hard now because it's like, yeah, the first month or so, you have summer adrenaline and

you can kind of run on no sleep and now I feel like I've gotten good on running on no sleep and,

you know, just trying to balance some things. But we got her tongue and lip tie procedure done

a couple weeks ago and there's just and we've gone to cranial sacral therapy. She's been adjusted,

just all these different things and this last week has done hell. And it's like, I literally feel like

if my sister wasn't in town, because she came in town to visit, if she wasn't here, like, I would

literally be just doing nothing and crying on day one with Joby because she is crying so much.

She's not napping well during the day and it has been really, really hard. And so for all the

mamas that are out there and in it with me, I see you and I feel for you and for those who have
