What's going on everybody?

It has been an exciting eventful week.

Last week I had on Leah Marsh and Colleen Baxter,

who were part of the Fit Girl Festival,

which I spoke out over the weekend.

That was a lot of fun.

I also just tweeted out links to each of those individual interviews

with Sophie Joffi, Tara Mackie,

Colleen Baxter, all lovely lovely ladies.

Thank you for everybody that came out and supported the

Fit Girl Festival.

It was lit.

I was the only one not wearing like yoga pants.

Like I came with like a button down

shirt and like my cute suede boots which is not what you do when you go to the

Malibu Mountains, Malibu canyons because then you know your boots get

dirty and someone spilled water all over them and they were like brand new.

It's fine, you know, it's all good.

That's what nature wanted.

Obviously, I'm a city boy that went into the wild,

if you would consider the Melvo Canyon's wild.
