to be chatting about a not a new problem, but an increasing problem. So stress, depression,

anxiety, low mood is a huge issue in the modern world.

And it relates to the way we live and it relates to not getting enough sleep and not having

the kind of solid community that we used to have.

We're going global now.

We've got our head stuck in phones.

Life loses some of its meaning.

But also, of course, we have the problem with the pandemic.

And the measures that were taken have caused an enormous amount of job disruption and

depression and anxiety because the people have been force fed enormous amounts of material that make them feel that this is

the black death. We have an enormous burden of anxiety. And also, we've got the people who

realize that something's very wrong in the world today and the draconian measures coming in now

in December 2021 are really frightening people. So that's causing a vast

amount of anxiety and those who are more informed. But in any case, that's the background. So

Warren, great to see you again. Good to be back again, Ivan. Very good. And well, you know,

what I just said there, I'm getting a deluge of messages from people who are

actually quite aware of what's going on, who have anxiety, and then from people who have kind of

swallowed a lot of the round-the-clock media coverage and are really anxious about this virus,
