This is Taylor at Your Host and I hope you are all having a fantastic week so far.

I hope that you are making some space for yourselves to experience pleasure, to experience

rest, to experience happiness, the way to the world feels really heavy these days but

I hope that you are making space and it's so easy for us to say, you know, all there's

so many things going on, there's so much stuff that we have to do so we just don't have

the time but y'all know this, you got to make the time.

So create that space.

It's not always just going to provide itself and show it to you.

It's something you really got to be intentional about.

So I hope that you're selfish with that, right?

I hope that you prioritize yourself.

I hope that that's where you're at and then maybe listening to this podcast is a part

of that practice for you of making some space for yourself to learn a little bit and

maybe feel a little less alone.

It has been absolutely beautiful here in Seattle.

Definitely soaking up the summer weather.

I have the balcony door open so if you hear birds or anything like that, that's just part

of my peaceful funcishway.
