This is Taylor at Your Host and today I'm going to be joined by a lovely friend of mine

who has been on the podcast before.

Her name is Les and she's the host of Balanced Black Girl Podcast and also runs the Instagram

account Balanced Less.

And today we're going to get really honest with just how we're feeling about things.

Today this episode is a safe space for the two of us to just kind of process how things

on social media have changed in the last two weeks, how Les has grew her following, how

my following has changed.

And again, as always with every episode, we want to enter this with an open heart, open

mind, open ears, and ready to learn and ready to soak in someone else's experience that

might be different from yours with an open heart.

And I think that's really important going forward in any kind of conversations, as I've

always said, to just accept someone else's experience and story as truth, because it is

their truth.
