and we have a four-year-old son and twin girls

who are 11 months old today.

in empowering women through storytelling and education.

I feel that both of those are so key to building community

and empowering each other and ourselves.

When you are educated, you come equipped

with the tools that you need to advocate for yourself,

to advocate for others, and to teach others as well.

So it is so important to be open to learning

and to educate yourself, especially as a mom,

and there's so much information out there,

or even trying to conceive whatever part of the journey
