We have an amazing victory that happened this last week.

There was for a while, a lot of hospitals in New York, especially saying that women in

labor and delivery weren't allowed to have a support person there with them.

But the state just ordered that hospitals allow your partner or your support person of

choice to be at your side during labor and delivery, which is so, so important.

I know last week I went on a rant about it.

And I think this news had already came out, but I had already recorded the episode.

So just want to celebrate that victory.

I know that it can be a scary time to be going into hospitals and having babies.

But truly believe that people want the best for you, that your healthcare providers want

the best for you, that the people who are there are looking out for you and they have

your back and they want the best for you as well.
