ABOUT BILL SIMS AND TRON WILLIAMS
Bill is the COO and co-founder of Spitfire Elite Consulting. He is also a team leader, pilot, and entrepreneur passionately dedicated to assisting others on their journey. Bill has several years of experience teaching and interviewing at live seminars, virtual webinars, and one-on-one environments. He has individually helped thousands of job seekers land their dream jobs. In addition, he has trained dozens of others to teach the art of interviewing. Bill has a genuine passion for helping people succeed in anything they do.
Tron is the CEO and also cofounded Spitfire Elite Consulting. Tron is one of the youngest widebody aircraft captains at a major carrier. Tron is a consummate teacher and trainer, having amassed over 2000 hours as a senior instructor pilot on the Boeing 737 and flown more than 70 international overwater flights. As an instructor, he also provided situation-based interview (SBI) and line-oriented interview (LOI) training since 2006.
