which was so fascinating to me because I didn't know too much about it.

And now it's an option that I'm seriously considering.

Like I said before, Vito and I just used condoms and it'd be kind of nice to try another method.

And I'm definitely going to look into that daisy thing that she was talking about

because it does sound really cool.

And I'd like to hear from you guys.

What did you find the easiest or not?

I'm still learning so much about it.

And then we dove into health and pregnancy and those things that

that you shift along the way.

And I know that we had talked about switching over things in your home.

There's so many chemicals and hormone disruptors in our home that we don't even think of.
