Summary

Title says it all - back to heart disease prevention today with my New Zealand pal Warren Matthews. He's a super-sharp successful businessman who has a compelling story about sever heart disease - the silent killer. Warren went from being the incredibly fit 70 year old you see in the photo - to flat on his back in the ICU at 72, after getting his ruined heart valve replaced. In spite of his health expertise, Warren was caught out by the invisible buildup of serious calcification. In part one we hear his story - in part two tomorrow we hear how he went about fixing his arteries!
