In today's episode, we're heading back into the hauntings of Turnbull Canyon and Puente Hills near Whittier, California.

But this time, we're leaving the history books behind and stepping straight into the creepy encounters that you've commented and sent in over the last few years.

But before I dive into the stories, I'll give some brief background on what people typically

experience at Turnbull Canyon, in case you haven't listened to Episode 9, where I go into

a full deep dive into the history of this location.

Locals know Turnbull Canyon as a hotspot where indigenous trauma, tragic history, and modern

crime all stack on top of each other. People who visit Turnbull Canyon most often describe

strange encounters, especially the recurring story of cars following them down the road,

even at the darkest times at night, whether

it's 2 or 3 a.m. And then there are strange creatures that are often seen, such as

Skinwalkers. Many stories also involve sightings of cults, who are constantly encountered

in the wooded areas of the canyon, usually spotted

in dark robes and in medium-sized groups.

Ghostly apparitions, strange sounds such as tribal drums, an overwhelming sense of being

watched.

Now that I have set the tone for this episode, it's time to dive into the

stories. Story number one. I live in Hacienda Heights and I have a crazy story about Turnbull

Canyon. I was driving with some friends, joking around and having a good time until we

were halfway into the canyon.

And at that point in the mountain, almost all phone service cuts out.

But since we're used to that, we were just enjoying the moment.

But that's when things got really weird.
