Everyone complains from time to time, of course, but I'm talking about those colleagues who never have anything positive to say, and they just seem determined to tear everyone down.

I want to give you some tips to help you head off those chronically complaining

First off, seek out those positive fun people.

And if you're in a staff meeting or some other kind of gathering for the teachers,

find them in the room and sit near them.
