Hey folks, welcome to the adventure Sports podcast. I'm your host, Mason. Today is a throwback

episode. We're throwing it back to 2019 when we had Sam channels on the show from Atlanta, Georgia.

He was in school at the time. He's graduated since. We've had Sam on, I think, like, three times. And this one was really cool. It's called the Colorado Crest. It's like a route he's put together. It's 40 days, mostly solo. Amazing epic alpine route through Colorado. And Sam's a really incredible young man, especially this time. This was like,

gosh, four or five years ago now, which is just crazy. I can't believe that much time's come by.

And this was one of my first episodes I ever did. And so the editing's a little different. I was not

as, you know, I'm not, I don't know if I'm good at this point, but I wasn't as good as I am now.

I'm not saying I'm very good now even,

but definitely not then.

So forgive any editing issues with the recording or whatnot

in just my interviewing style.

But yeah, this should be a fun throwback

and really inspiring and get the mind working for what you might want to do this year.
