Sunset Serenade Excerpt:

Dragon stepped outside the cave and listened. Many sounds traveled across the evening air. In the distance, Dragon could hear crickets chirping and the sleepy croak of a toad. Evening was an interesting time in the forest. Some animals were just waking up. Others were tucking themselves in for the night.

Next, Dragon sniffed the cool air and caught hints of pine needles, damp earth, and the far-off tang of salty ocean spray. A smile spread across Dragon’s face. Yes, the beach was calling tonight. So, with a spring in step, the little dragon set off on the familiar path to wait for the train.

Today’s Meditation: Love flows through you in this meditation as you imagine a baby fawn and mama deer.

dragon breath together. You'll breathe in through your nose, filling up your lungs, and then out
