Hello, welcome to Anchi Rises, The Fuck Up, the podcast. I am your host, Amanda Francis,

and I am so happy you are here today. We have a special episode for you tonight.

So, let me intro this. So this isn't a podcast where I do interviews.

The intention of this podcast was always to give free beautiful nuggets and pieces of

information and wisdom on life, on love, on business, on money.

Primarily, my team is authorized to pull five and ten minutes from

trainings I've created over the years and put them on the podcast. And in that way, we get to give

you some vibe, juicy stuff. And I also don't have to do anything. Let's just own, let's just

own it, you know? I'm one of those people who will work too hard and do

too much and i have trained myself to find ways to delegate and make things easier and allow

myself to do a bit less while still serving my audience which feels really good to me.

So, like I said, I don't usually do interviews on this podcast that hasn't really been the point of or intention for the podcast.

But in the past several months, like many of you, I've had some really important conversations happening in my inbox around privilege, around unconscious racial bias, around prejudice, around topics that are really important to me. I think it's pretty

obvious at this point that these are important topics to me. I don't shy away from them and I want to further this conversation in any

way I can using my platform and the spaces I have created and continue to nurture with what I

believe is the best, most helpful, most useful content for all of us to expand into more love,

into more money, into more abundance, into more of being our most big-hearted truth,

true selves who are able to use who we are and what we know and what we believe and what we have found out to be true

to make a difference in the world, I want to use all my platforms and all my spaces where I have

influence for good. So that being said, one day this lovely woman named Simone popped into my
