We lost another war in the Middle East, launched by another Republican president

based on another series of lies.

Now, that's the short answer.

And the longer answer is the main topic of today's show.

But first, another correction, which I seem to be doing a lot of these days.

Yeah.

Last episode, I had a brain fart, and I referred to the movie Giant, which is, of course, a

sweeping three-hour, 1956 epic, directed by George Stevens, The Chronicles of Texas Ranching

Families Across 25 years.

It stars Elizabeth Taylor, Rock Hudson, and James Dean.

What I meant to say, or I thought I meant to say, was Exodus, which is a 1960 historical

epic direct by Otto Prebinger detailing the founding of the state of Israel.
