Summary

Farah Fish tries to help her body feel calm after a thunderstorm.
Narrator: Male

Story Begins: 4:18

Fishy Feelings Excerpt:
Farah swam quickly, heading down, down, down, toward the soft, sandy bottom of the lake. She hoped the storm would feel quieter down there. And it did, a little. The booming thunder was softer here – just a distant echo. She could barely see the lightning from where she was, and the water was calm and still.

But even though the storm seemed far away now, something inside Farah still didn’t feel quite right. She paused next to a sturdy rock and tried to notice what her body felt.
Today’s Meditation: Picture floating in the safe and comforting waters of a tranquil pool.
