Podcast where I break down the headlines and tell you what's really moving these markets.

I'm sorry this podcast is one day late, as you guys know, I like doing the podcast on Wednesday,

but I just came back from New York last night,

which is a 17 hour drive, had the kids,

so we drove and they're young,

a little difficult to fly. but I had to stay one more

day looking to actually purchase property in Long Island for rental property

and took a little longer than expected early in the the week, I celebrated my younger daughter's

first birthday, and what a great time.

I mean, you kind of need that.

It just, you know, going back to New York, seeing old friends friends and family you really can't beat it and

sometimes it puts things in perspective I mean I heard that one of my friends just

had a kid was diagnosed with you know what say with the diseases but it wasn't good.

I also had another friend's wife, a friend's wife who's not doing good either and you know I

just found out about these stories too which is you know it's depressing but it puts things

at perspective sometimes you know you're getting mad on my 17 hour ride to New York and

getting mad at the traffic and you know sometimes just a little bit more to life than everything but overall

it was really good just to spend a lot of time my family and friends but uh now

...
