I've stared at my computer screen for the last 20 minutes looking at stories looking at what's happening in the news and

I've come to the conclusion that I don't feel like talking about the news today. I'm sure at some point I will reference some of the most important headlines of the day

because of course the politics tie into what needs to be talked about.

But the news, it's not that it's depressing.

The reality is depressing.

We can handle the depressing nature of reality.

It's the fact that if we continue to be so

drained and so controlled by the intensity of the news cycle we will always, well rather we will never

have the opportunity to come up for air and talk about what we need to do to move

forward.
