Welcome back for another episode of reality life with K Casey and today is Saturday and as

always I'm so excited to bring to you another Saturday series story.

I began these episodes and episode 631 telling you a little bit more about my dysfunctional family of origin story. I know that a lot of you

share in these stories and I hope that by telling you mine you feel a little bit less

sometimes embarrassed. Like I don't have the picture perfect family that other people seem to have and I'm here to tell you that no one has a picture perfect picture.

Nobody does and I think that the more that we all talk about it and share our life stories, we realize how much more we have in common and we let go of some of the expectations that we've had for ourselves.

This episode's pretty special. I've known Melody for 15 years, which is shocking because I met her through my first babysitter, Kaly. When Cayley wasn't available, Melody would sometimes

fill in and we would sit for quite some time on occasion talking about our complicated relationships
