It encouraged me that I didn't need to come for money. I didn't need to have a background in finance. I just needed to be willing to learn and apply what I was being taught the way I was being taught it, you know, a system that's already working, then I could be successful and I just ran with it from there.

Hey guys, welcome back to the show. Now all this month I talked to certified side hustlers, women who found that

fine balance between thriving in their career and their hustle. Some of them are still doing that dance and

enjoying it and able to thrive as both a professional and in their own business.

We also talk to people who worked for a number of years so much so

that their company just didn't want them to leave and beg them to stay on and on

today's show we will hear from a woman who actually got laid off as a result of her hustle.

I know, we do so much talking about how to side hustle and not get fired. So today I want us to present the other side of the

equation and share what could get you fired and how she navigated it. Her name is

Tila Hokum. She is a stocks and options trader, investor, and serial

entrepreneur. In her own words, she's financially free and living a life she loves.

But it wasn't always that way.

Like many of us, Tila had to side hustle

and was dependent on her 9 to 5 to pay the bills.

And although she got paid very well, it just wasn't quite in her heart.

So in 2009, she started learning about trading stocks. She learned a system of trading and
