back I promised to hold you accountable for going hiking on the weekends and so I'm asking

how's that going?

Well that's me Elizabeth Kraft, TV writer and producer living in LA and yes Gritchin

I'm happy to report that I have gone hiking on the weekends.

Yay!

This came up when we were discussing the Essential 7 habits.

I had said I was going to start hiking early Saturday morning while Jack and Adam are

kind of lounging in bed because I always sort of feel like oh I'd love to do something

right now and that I was going to make it you know a fun thing that I'm doing and like

do it with a friend and incorporate that into my routine.

Now I will say one thing I realize is that you called me on it you said it was really

more about exercise and fun and I think you're right.

I think I do see it as it but it's a way to make exercise fun.

Yeah but it doesn't feel that like leisure goofing off like for some people it would be really

something they look forward to and fun fun fun and for you it's like a really pleasant

way to exercise.

Right.
