I'm your host, and I'm here with my wife and co-host Hannah Hannah Slay. I'm back, baby. All right. Hannah's back. We feel good. Just doing a little

sound check here with Hannah. You have the levels turned up there because I turned you down the other

day because you weren't here. Yeah, I'm back up, but I'm a little lower

than you. Okay, perfect. I just want to make sure they hear you loud and clear. Well, perfect,

but you don't have to do that. People are excited that you're here. I'm sure we got, I got a lot

less emails I normally get and a lot less comments that I normally get when you weren't here

last week. I needed a break.

But I thought I had a pretty phenomenal episode.

I thought, you know, I mean, I think people forget because you're back now that I did this

by myself for a long time.

And I wrote out.

I had a real plan on what I would talk about.

And I really got into it.

Did you stick to the plan? Yeah, I did.

Okay, that's good. It's got to be hard to do a solo podcast because you can really go off on a

tangent and maybe it's difficult to stay self-aware of what's interesting. I like tangents though.

I think to me, I've said this a million times, but I think this is what this

podcast is all about, right? It's like, I don't think people are necessary, like, this is just me

personally, too. I don't think people are listening to podcasts all the time because they really

want to hear something or learn something.
